1. When I feel sad, I often eat a lot of junkfood. It makes me feel a little better for a while.
2. I usually watch cartoons on TV. Funny cartoons usually cheer me up.
3. I talk to my mother when I feel sad or upset. She always has some good advice to help me with my troubles.
4. I don't do anything. Sometimes I just lie in bed and hope that it goes away.
5. I usually play basketball with my friends or exercise. That always does the trick. |
